Supplied new By Jack Barclay in 1957.  This car has just been the recipient of a massive nut & bolt restoration to close to new condition.  The mechanics have been thoroughly gone through including a rebuilt engine, suspension & brake work.    All brightwork has been removed & rechromed.  The interior has been retrimmed in beige hide & the paint beautifully redone in flawless deep  metallic red.

The car is located in Copenhagen where it may be viewed by prior appointment.  We can fly you interested parties out from any UK airfield in our Extra 400 aircraft; about 3 hours en route flight time from any UK customs approved airfield.  We test drove the car extensively at the time of taking the photographs and can attaest to the fact that it drives like new with seamless gear changes, a silent engine & supple suspension.

A full history file is available detailing the cars history & restoration.  The car is a late BG series car with the best mechanical specification & a power operated roof.  A modern Bluetooth compatible sound system is located in the passenger glove box.

Simply put; This is an as new car in perfect oder ready to be either driven or Shown.  Nothing more need be said.  We have never seen a better one.

Before becoming a mere subsidiary to Rolls-Royce, Bentley was an independent Automaker famous for the "fastest lorries in the world" e.i Bentley 4½ Litre.

Good ol' Bentley boys (A group of wealthy British motorists, mainly Woolf Barnato, Sir Henry "Tim" Birkin, steeplechaser George Duller, aviator Glen Kidston, S.C.H. "Sammy" Davis, and Dr Dudley Benjafield ) -in their trusty Bentley cars- took four consecutive victories at 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1924, 1927, 1928, 1929, 1930

In 1931 Bentley was taken over British Central Equitable Trust that later proved to be a front for Rolls-Royce Limited. Unhappy with his role at Rolls-Royce, W.O. Bentley left the company when his contract expired in 1935 duly joining Lagonda. This was beginning of which ultimately led Bentley cars to become more or less badge-engineered Rolls-Royce.
