Cadillac Fleetwood 331 CID V8 1951

Allgemeine Beschreibung : Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this 1951 Cadillac Fleetwood. 1951 was the second year in a row that these beautiful cars broke sale records with roughly 19,000 Cadillac Fleetwood sold that year. The 51 Caddy is originally from the United Kingdom but has been brought back to the U.S. to be back on its home turf. Putting the push behind this historical piece of machinery is the original 331 CID V8 from the factory with some added chromed Cadillac valve covers. The 5.4L V8 is paired to a 4-speed automatic transmission that shifts nicely & will carry you down the road. The engine was professionally removed & rebuilt about 9 years ago with only 50 miles on it since that occurred. The Mexican Blue paint on this caddy is in terrific condition, the car was repainted during its total body restoration approx. 12 years ago and really catches the eye of the other drivers on the road. This isn’t even including all the chrome encasing this car to give it some true flare. To keep it classical the car still has the Cadillac color matched wheels and the ever so popular white wall tires that are in good condition. Looking towards the interior you will find a new cream leather interior, including a new headliner, carpet, seats, & door panels that all show very well and is awaiting a new owner to sit behind the wheel. The color makes for a smooth transition from the exterior with the matching roof to the interior. If you’re looking for a classic but the kids are still too young and preventing you from getting the muscle car of your dream. You can still cruise down the road in this classical 4 door which has plenty of room for the adults and kids to enjoy the history behind it. The car has other recently added items on it that are worth mentioning; a new fuel tank, new fuel lines & pump, a new water pump, new battery, the carburetor was rebuilt, rebuilt automatic window mechanisms, new radiator, new coolant hoses & lines, new brakes, the car has been converted from 6 volts to a 12-volt system, & the car has had sound deadening material applied to the floor and undercarriage. Don’t forget about that additional space in the trunk where you can put your groceries or beach towels either way this car would be great doing both. Be the one to take this beautiful car home to enjoy with your family and friends. You could also take it to your local car meet and get a few people talking about it.
