Look a little closer and you notice all four rotors are drilled and slotted for better performance, and let's be honest, a much cooler look. Under the hood you find this 79' Corvette is outfitted with a gear driven 406 CID small block V8 engine that features a mild cam, new heads, and a 7 quart oil pan. Approximately 3,000 miles has been put on this engine since it was rebuilt. Recent work includes a new water pump, starter, and alternator. An oversized radiator with 2 electric cooling fans has been employed to keep the 406 V8 cool, while a 200R4 automatic transmission with overdrive and a shift kit transfers the power to the pavement. Underneath the Corvette you will find a rebuilt suspension. The interior features new white and black leather seats and new carpet throughout. The blue exterior paint is very smooth with a beautiful finish. The odometer reads 30,846, the actual mileage is unknown, but there are approximately 3,000 miles on the car since the build was complete. Options for this 1979 Chevrolet Corvette include: Air Condition, AM/FM Radio with CD Player, Two-Tone Leather Interior, Power Windows, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, T-Tops, Radial Tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels.
