Although the build was in 1989 the car was fully restored in 1999 with all the documentation to show the work that was completed. This little Black & Red Sports Car is powered by a 383 cu in a small block built by Expert Engines, featuring two 4 barrel carburetor, Sanderson Shorty Headers with custom exhaust, Has in the back a 200 shot Nitrous but has never been hooked up and an electric fuel pump all mated to an M22 “Rock Crusher" 4-speed transmission by Tex Powell. This 1989 Austin Healey Sebring Replica has a 355 8" Ford rear end. The BBS Custom wheels and Falken 235x 45 - ZR Tires look awesome and give this gorgeous little roadster a very tough looking stance. Should we even mention that she has enough power? This little Tribute Sebring MX will surely grab attention - whether from the Bright Red and Black paint scheme - or that wonderful V-8 sound that rumbles from under her bonnet! To say she's ready to put the power to the pavement - is an understatement. This 1965 Sebring Tribute has elegant and swooping lines, and with the chrome trim, brand new tires on BBS Custom wheels that really set her off. This is a very nice driver quality car, that has a Black vinyl interior, wood dash, and Black convertible top. About Austin-Healey
Austin-Healey was a British sports car make created as a joint-venture between the Austin division of the British Motor Corporation (BMC) and the Donald Healey Motor Company. First Healey model, Healey 100, was based on Austin A90 Atlantic mechanicals and developed by Donald Healey to be build in-house. They finished a single Healey Hundred for the 1952 London Motor Show. Leonard Lord, managing director of Austin was so impressed by the design that a deal was duly struck with Healey and the car was renamed the Austin-Healey 100 overnight. Austin Healey was born. 100 derived into 100-six, and different 3000 versions before they quit the production in 1968 as the basic design had finally become obsolete.
