Chevrolet C10 377 CID V8 1968

General description : Our Detroit showroom is proud to offer a super unique 1968 Chevrolet C-10. Obviously this isn’t your average C-10. This one has been completely transformed from bumper to bumper with no evidence of this being a C-10. In fact, this super cool Chevy looks a lot more modern than it is. From its one off styling front end with custom rectangle halogens and Chevy emblem turn signals to the custom fabricated truck bed with lovely wood laid down to cover all the custom work underneath. Under the motorized hood rests the 377cid V8 paired to a TH350 3 Speed transmission which put power down to the super wide Hoosier Pro-Street tires wrapped around Weld Racing wheels. The potent 377cid has a Victor Jr Series Edelbrock performance intake that helps beef up power that holds up a 4 barrel carburetor. The ceramic coated headers look new and modern features like power steering make sure that drivability is fun. The Purple paint looks show quality and just received a full clay bar treatment with polish and wax. The interior also carries the purple color scheme which is nicely accented throughout the interior. The comfortable seats seem to be out of a late model GM truck and provide perfect support for long cruises. This truck has been completely customized in and out to show off how cool a 1968 Chevrolet C-10 can be and it is not likely you will see something like this again. This will turn heads at every car show and will likely raise the question “what is it?” at every stop. If you are looking for tire ripping fun with a custom appeal, this is the truck for you. About Chevrolet
Chevrolet aka Chevy, founded in 1911 by Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant is the best selling and biggest brand by General Motors -mainly due to low pricing.

No wonder Chevy the "working man's car" has become such an iconic part of Americana in films and pop-culture.

When talking about Chevy one must not ignore Chevrolet small-block V8 the world's most produced engine that has been in production since 1955 and still going strong.

Surprisingly, "America's only sports car" Corvette was introduced under Chevrolet brand rather than its own. To us the most memorable Corvette has to be The second generation (C2) Corvette, Sting Ray.

To compete with VW Beatle Chevrolet introduced Corvair a compact automobile built in 1960–1969 It was the only American designed, mass-produced passenger car to feature a rear-mounted air-cooled engine. Corvair handling was deemed notoriously bad mainly due to Ralph Nader's Unsafe at Any Speed. Although, any handling issues were soon solved the reputation did stick.

With Pony / Muscle car mania taking over the Americans, following the introduction of Ford Mustang, Chevrolet came up with one of its most famous models Camaro. During the first year alone they managed to sell 220,906 Camaros.
