This lovely Corvette C1 is a nice California survivor that has been very well maintained. The underside is amazing and the inside is like new, the paint is older but still very nice. It has the rare automatic transmission in combination with the optional 300hp engine and that makes this car very special. The interior is lovely in red with an amazing dashboard and it even has the original Wunderbar radio. There is a hardtop in the same ermine white and a like new black cloth softtop so it has everything you could want. Unbelievable how nice this car drives, it handels great, the engine purrs like a kitten and it has a lovely smooth V8 sound. As a 1962 Corvette it is the last year for the C1 with the new 327 V8 and the nice bodyshape with the classic front and the rear that the C2 also has. Many purists see this as the most sophisticated model and that is why these 62-models are highly collectable!!! It doesn't get any better and Corvette is the heartbeat of America!!!
