Chevrolet Deluxe 235 1951

General description : Cruisin Classics would like to present a 1951 Chevrolet Style Line Deluxe. This is an all steel classic. It has been taken care of by an owner that brought it back to its original self with many new or rebuilt parts and a rebuilt engine from a 1958 Apache. All of the work was done by professionals and it shows. It is a very easy driver and the comfort is paramount to most vehicles of the same era. The driver quality Black paint in contrast with the wide white walls and chrome really make this car look fantastic. The 235 cubic-inch, straight 6 engine was rebuilt in 2016. The head was reworked in 2017 and has a Beehive Filter. It has a split manifold with dual exhaust, dual rebuilt Rochester carburetors and New carburetor covers (finned dress up kit), Offenhauser Intake and Pertronix Ignition. The entire engine compartment looks very clean and organized. It also runs like it looks. The smooth running 235 emits an extremely classic sound that will make you smile from ear to ear. The transmission is an Automatic Power Glide that was rebuilt in 2017 along with the upgraded drive train. Inside you will find a gray front and back bench seat interior. The carpet and headliner are in beautiful condition. The dash facia is a gorgeous gray and chrome/stainless mixture with bone colored knobs and push buttons. The gauge covers are clear and for your convenience a traffic light viewer Prism is mounted on the dash. Tons of room in the front and back for leg stretching. While the brakes and steering are manual, it is still easy enough to drive with the oversized steering wheel and the dual master cylinders make it easy enough not to have to stand on the pedal.
