The El Camino is a coupe utility/pickup vehicle that was produced by Chevrolet between 1959–60 and 1964-87. Introduced in the 1959–1960 model years in response to the success of the Ford Ranchero pickup, its first run lasted only two years. Production resumed for the 1964–1977 model years based on the Chevelle platform, and continued for the 1978–1987 model years based on the GM G-body platform.. This beautiful Marlboro Maroon El Camino underwent a full restoration, completed in 2016. The list includes a 396 CID big block bored to 409 CID with a Holley 850 Carb, HEI distributor, High performance intake, ¾ race cam, Headers and twin turbo mufflers, rebuilt 4 speed manual, new clutch, backed by a 3:73 geared rear end, power steering, new exhaust, new tires and wheels, 4 wheel disc brakes, new interior, this beautiful truck has been finished with exceptional attention to detail.
