The color combination is absolutely gorgeous with the Sienna Blue exterior and matching blue interior. 1964 was the first year for the first generation of a car that went on to become one of the most loved American classics of all time. The Malibu was basically the top of the line Chevelle and came in a number of body styles. You could get a four-door sedan, two-door sport coupe hardtop, convertible or a two-seat station wagon. This being the convertible, it is the most desirable of all. The interiors were more lavish than the basic cars. In 1964 the top performance option was a 300hp 327 CID V8 engine. This one has a 350 CID V8 with even more power. It is bolted to the 4-speed manual transmission to give you the best driver focused experience. You really feel connected to the car in this one. The Malibu used to be considered an awesome rear drive American muscle car. But if you go to the Chevrolet dealership in 2018 you will see the nameplate on a front drive economy car.
