Chevrolet Master 350 CID V8 1938

General description : This beautiful 1938 Chevrolet Master Sedan is now available for a limited time only and is for sale here in our Houston Showroom. This complete frame off restoration is one for the record books. This black beast is powers by a rebuilt 350 “Crate” CID V8 ordered through JEGS, and was done by Bruce’s Rod Shop in Spring, TX. There is only 550 miles on this engine since the rebuild so it’s looking to have some additional miles put on it. The transmission is a 3-speed automatic transmission that has been rebuilt, with all new external seals, and gaskets getting replaced to ensure it holds its fluids and make it ready to push through the gears going down the freeway. Some additional items that have been either restored or replaced were the carburetor, intake manifold, throttle kit, fuel pump, water pump, as well as all new belts and pullies. Moving around the car you will notice the exterior paint and trim are in great condition and makes this car worthy of a black-tie event if you choose. The 1-OFF chrome wheels compliments this car very well and have a nice set of Nexen tires paired up with them. Behind those wheels and tires you’ll find new rear leaf springs, front shocks, and rear suspension bushings. This vehicle is nevertheless a smooth ride. There is well over $12,000 worth of mechanical upgrades made to the car to put it where it is today. This doesn’t even include all the time and effort put into the paint, body, and interior of the car. The interior serves its purpose in providing a nice comfortable feel, and spacious as well I might add. The door panels, and bucket seats are a subtle tan vinyl interior with a touch of chrome accents to really make this interior keep you feeling stylish. The dash has a nice set of custom yet classical, gauges to keep you in the era of fun. Directly to the right of the gauges you will find the utmost important item in the car, permitting you’re a southerner. That is the cold blowing A/C to keep you from sweating on the way to that black-tie event you’ve been itching to go to. The modern seats that have been installed give you the luxury of modern day comfort while still looking cool in a classic. This interior is without a doubt clean from the carpet to the headliner and truly makes this an all-around solid ride.
