Simply Incredible 1931 Ford Model A Coupe
New to our Benicia showroom is this beautiful 1931 Ford Model A 2 Door Coupe with two-tine black and burgundy exterior paint and a black vinyl interior.  This gorgeous classic features a 2200 cc four-cylinder engine out of a Ford Pinto paired with a 3-speed manual transmission, and this desirable classic comes equipped with a new interior, a rumble seat and far too many other options to list.  As one of the most original examples we’ve come across in years, this ’31 Ford is in very nice condition and it’s ready for a new home immediately.
Highly Original with Extensive Factory Parts
The current owner of this 1931 Ford Model A took possession in 2017 as the 3rd lifetime owner and he was drawn to this particular example due to the great documentation and overall originality of this vehicle.  While it has received some upgrades over the decades like a refreshed interior and the aforementioned motor swap, many aspects of this desirable coupe are still factory true and performing as intended.  While this probably won’t be anyone’s daily driver, this classic does perform nicely with nice acceleration and period handling.  It’s a great selection for taking in occasional car shows or parades because it’s remained largely unblemished for the past 89 years.
Additionally, this 1931 Ford Model A Coupe shows well in person with some minor imperfections to the paint and the exterior.  Most collectors would consider this a driver-quality classic since it has not seen major levels of restoration and so much of the vehicle is original.  It is super clean throughout though and presents well as a true survivor of a forgotten era.  This would make a great candidate for a complete restoration since everything is here, or it could simply be enjoyed and celebrated exactly as it is.
