Ford Tudor 350 V8 1934

General description : 1934 Ford Tudor Sedan Sometimes you come across a car that even with zero information you can tell was built right.  This beautiful 1934 Ford Tudor Sedan is one of those cars.  From front to rear this thing is absolutely perfect and is packed with all of the best components money can by.  One thing that makes it even more desirable over your standard street rod is it is all real Henry Ford steel.  You see a lot of fiberglass out there nowadays and even the steel cars regularly get glass fenders but every piece on this car is actually steel.  The body is laser straight and it is coated in Viper Red paint.  The paint has a beautiful shine and still looks like it was just sprayed yesterday.  The car does get driven but has been extremely well maintained.  To the point that when photographing it we can't even remember seeing the typical rock chips you get from the road.  The body was chemically dipped prior to the paint so it is very slick with no rust or body work concerns.  The green tinted glass is all new with zero scratches or issues.  The body sits on a new Pete and Jakes chassis and the undercarriage is detailed out just as beautifully as the top.  You would have no problem taking this thing to an indoor show and throwing some mirrors under it.  The underside is actually lined and painted so it will stay in good condition for a very long time and is easy to clean.  The chassis is all powder coated.  The original 34 grill up front has a great shine and was rechromed.  It has nice chrome headlights with the turn signals incorporated into them.  The front and rear bumpers look great on the car and are nicely chromed as well.  All of the stainless trim like around the tilt out windshield is in great condition and cleanly mounted in place.  You really won't find a weak area anywhere on this car.  It has a great stance and rides on 15 inch Billet Specialties wheels.  The motor is a brand new crate 350 V8 that runs very well.  It has been fitted with a Edelbrock 600 cfm carburetor, batwing air cleaner, Airtique serpentine belt system, ceramic coated headers/exhaust, MSD ignition and MSD 6A box.  The electrical is all part of a Painless wiring harness so you can be assured all of the wiring works and is cleanly routed throughout the car.  The transmission is a 700R4 with overdrive and transfers power back to the 9 inch Ford rear end.  Overheating is never a problem thanks to the Walker radiator with electric pull and push fans.  The fuel tank is polished stainless steel and holds 15 gallons.  Up front the car has a chrome Superbell 4 inch drop I beam axle and in back is a chrome 4 link with adjustable coil overs.  The car rides and drives very well.  The brakes are all Wilwood discs and it has a dual master cylinder mounted under the drivers floorboard.    Pop open the suicide doors and you will find a very nice Beige ultra leather interior.  The suicide doors utilizes Bear Claw latches which eliminates any concerns about the doors popping open when driving which is a common worry for doors on these cars.  The bucket seats up front are very comfortable and being a tudor sedan means it has a back seat as well so finally the whole family can go cruising in the hot rod together.  A Lokar shifter is routed through the floor and moves through the gears smoothly.  Up top you will find a nicely designed headliner as well as an overhead console for the AM/FM/CD player.  The dash is painted to match the body and features white face VDO gauges, billet AC vents and the Vintage AC/Heat controls.  In front of the driver is a chrome Ididit tilt column topped off with a Billet Specialties steering wheel.  There is no doubting that there are some features on this car that we missed.  There is just so many nice things going on with it.  It is the type of car that will be on the road and winning shows for many years to come.  If you are into 34s then check this one out because there is no way you could build it for our asking price and that is assuming you already have a steel body to start with.  We can't say enough how nice and high quality this thing is.  Get this thing for a fraction of the build price at only NOW REDUCED DOWN TO $54,500.00!

About Ford
Ford, founded in 1902, has arguably changed the history of automotive world more than any other car manufacturer by introducing the first people's car Model T in 1908. They had produced more than 15 million cars by the end of the production in 1927, by which T had become obsolete.

Ford launched the first low priced V8 engine powered car in 1932. 1932 V8 was an instant hit with superior handling and performance to many far more expansive cars of the day. No wonder 32 V8 Ford has become such a favourite among hot rodders around the world with 32 Deuce coupe as their icon.

During the war Ford completely shut down civilian vehicle production to dedicate all its resources to the Allied war efforts (1942-45) They used to build B-24 bombers, aircraft engines, jeeps, M-4 tanks, military trucks and Bren-gun carriers and more than 30,000 super-charged Rolls Royce Merlin V-12 engines for Mosquito and Lancaster bombers as well as P-51 Mustang fighters. After the war Ford cars in the USA got bigger and flashier along with their competitors. In the 60's Ford was back in the forefront again when introducing their commercial hit Mustang in 1964. Mustang was so popular the competition had to follow Ford's example and the ponycar phenomenon took over the US. Over the years the ponies grew some muscles until the oil crisis kill finally killed them off.

In the sixties Ford rushed into international motor sports scene with a fury. After unsuccessful Ferrari takeover, when Enzo Ferrari had cut the deal off with Henry Ford II making the latter absolutely boil with fury, Ford turned to Lola in UK to produce a Ferrari beating long distance racer after. The collaboration between Ford and Lola created the mighty Ford GT40 that absolutely beat Ferrari in Le Mans 24 numerous times.

In Europe, Ford introduced some of the most epic race and rally cars of the 60's based on humble family sedans; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam, and Escort 1600RS with the iconic Cosworth BDA engines.

Today classic Fords are extremely popular with enthusiasts and a great selection of classic Fords can be found for sale at www.ClassicDigest.com
