We have been lucky to acquire this beautiful 2 owner 1960 Jaguar MK2 3.8. It was supplied to a Mr E Moulton of Los Angeles in February 1960. On the 23rd May 1986 he sold it to a Mr C Moore of Ventura, California. At this time the odometer read a mere 5,345 miles! He kept the car until the latter part of 2017. This means that this car has a ‘Californian black plate’. After 31 years he had only clocked up 20.447 miles! All invoices, and owners` manuals in the original wallet are present. Thanks to the dry Californian climate, this car has never required restoration and it is free from rust. Both the bodywork and underbody are in perfect condition. It has the original ‘Cornish Grey’ finish with a red leather trim, which looks absolutely stunning. A few years ago the cabin interior was tastefully refurbished. It has factory fitted chrome wheels and automatic Borg-Warner transmission. This is a rare find, being low-mileage and with substantive provenance!
