A truly unique Jaguar XJ-S TWR. Supplied to a client in Amsterdam on the 21st September 1987 by Kimman Jaguar, Haarlem, Holland. This car is an original early example of the TWR version. TWR stands for Tom Walkinshaw Racing, a company and racing team know for its participation in touring car championships. It later became the Jaguar Sports department. The steering wheel and alloys of the early models are recognisable by the TWR stamp. TWR would modify a car to the clients’ specifications. This example has been finished in ‘Solent Blue’ with ‘Magnolia’ leather trim. It has been fitted with the TWR low-drag body kit, TWR 16” Low Drag Speedline rims, TWR suspension kit, TWR brake kit, TWR steering wheel and TWR badges. The cost associated at the time with these types of modification could exceed £ 30,000! Amongst the few hand built TWR `s around, there are not many that are LHD`s, which makes this car rather special. In all her years she has clocked up 154,665 km. She has retained the correct ‘9DPAMA’ 3.6 6-cylinder engine. The car is accompanied by a complete documentation history. The service books and owners manual in the car wallet are included. It has a fully stamped service history up to 143,885 km and has always been maintained by Kimman Jaguar. This is an exceptional opportunity to own this TWR XJ-S coupe.

About Jaguar XJS
The Jaguar XJS is a grand tourer produced by Jaguar from 1975 to 1996.
