General description : This unique MG B was supplied from new in Holland on the 9th August 1976. More recently it has been modified to an incredibly amazing extent. It is clear that cost was not the main or limiting feature. To start with it has a special 375Hp 5.0V8 JE (John Eales) development engine. The V8 has a Dry-Sump system, special cylinder heads, a weight-reduced SD1 flywheel, special twin Tilton clutch plates, Tilton race pedals, BW-T5 Cosworth 5-speed gearbox, independent rear wheel suspension with a Cosworth LSD diff, Hoyle Coil-Over front suspension, an adjustable Megasquirt injection system, removable OMP steering wheel, Sparco race seats, full roll cage, Sebring hard-top, aluminium MG C bonnet, airjacks, an aluminium fuel tank, twin high pressure petrol pumps, a carbon-fibre boot and a complete stainless steel EPS exhaust system with twin mufflers. The fantastic bodywork is perfectly straight panelling and is finished in ‘Gulf Racing Blue’ The underbody is also as good as new and perfectly sound. You could show this MG B V8 anywhere, especially at Track Days, classic races as well as drawing admiration on the street. This MG has the added benefit of being registered as a road-legal V8.
