MG MGB 1.8L 4 cylinder 1974

General description : Freshly restored original red 1974 MGB Roadster with factory electric overdrive transmission. “Frame-on” restoration including all metal work and bare metal respray with single-stage urethane paint including underside of hood, door jambs, inside and outside of doors, which were also rustproofed inside. Engine bay touched up. Hand sanded and polished (cut & buff) for a show-quality finish in the correct, original MGB red color and a straight, rust-free body. Engine rebuilt with excellent tolerances for a strong-running, fun-to-drive, worry-free drive. New clutch and rear brakes with new wheel cylinders, hardware and drums. Window winders and locks cleaned and lubricated for silky smooth operation. Weber carburetor conversion for ease of tuning. New seat foams and leather-covered sport steering wheel enhance the spruced up original color black interior. Original Rostyle wheels with good matching tires. Top has zip-out rear window for both shade and ventilation at the same time. Front-end in good condition. Needs new steering rack boots. Upgraded Ansa exhaust. Accessories include a parade boot and original jack. Chunky rubber bumper guards have been removed but retained for sale with the car. Clean New Jersey title. Odometer reads 43,082.
