General description : Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is excited to have for sale a 1991 Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR4. This 1 owner car has been very well taken care of during its life. It has been garaged kept and never seen the harsh snow. The red color is perfect for the cars design. The design and body work of this car has not aged at all. It still looks as if it was designed yesterday. When this car came out in 1991 it was the top of the line for Mitsubishi performance. They put all the stay of the art mechanical bells and whistles in this car to truly make one of the best and most reasonably priced sports cars on the market. The car has a 3.0 V6 24 Valve twin turbo engine producing around 300 Horse power. Its connected to a newly replaced 5 speed manual transmission that was put in at around 70,000 miles. The timing belt was also replaced at around 55,000 miles. The car had state of the art pieces for a ’91. It has All Wheel Drive, All wheel steering, alternating suspension and exhaust with touring and sport modes, and active aero dynamic’s. Inside the car is a clean black leather interior. The driver seat has lumbar support and lateral side adjustments to give the driver comfort and stability when driving. It has a CD, cassette and AM/FM radio, and nice cold blowing A/C. The car sits on brand new tires and 17 inch alloy wheels.
