Amazing 1961 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe Bubbletop New to our Benicia showroom is this outstanding 1961 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe 2 Door Bubbletop with white exterior paint and a custom red leather interior. It features a brand new ZZ4, 355 horsepower crate motor under the hood with a freshly rebuilt 700 R4 automatic transmission, a Holley Street Avenger carburetor, Hedman headers, a 3.70 Posi rear end and almost completely new accessories throughout. This one also comes equipped with Vintage Air and too many other features to list, so check out the full build sheet at the bottom of this page. Restored and Customized for Blistering Performance The current owner of this 1961 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe has just finished completely restoring this one from top to bottom with the best parts and accessories money can buy. It has a new Crossflow Griffin radiator, freshly chromed Chevy valve covers, new Foose wheels with BF Goodrich G-Force TA tires, new Flowmaster mufflers…and the list goes on and on. While we do not have a total on the actual build costs, it would be safe to guess that they exceed the current asking price by a fairly large margin. In terms of actual performance, this ’61 Bel Air absolutely screams out on the open road. With excellent power/torque and solid handling, this sports car is an absolute pleasure to drive and it gathers a whole lot of attention.
