The Chevrolet Corvette (C5) was the fifth generation of the Chevrolet Corvette sports car, produced by the Chevrolet division of General Motors for the 1997 through 2004 model years. This sharp Torch Red coupe has only about 11k miles on it with a clean history and only two owners. This car comes with its original window sticker and a breakdown off all of the RPO coded options. Powered by a 5.7-liter LS1 engine producing an impressive 345 HP and mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission, this car will not disappoint. Many upgrades were adding when ordering this beautiful machine like the removable roof panel, polished aluminum wheels, adjustable sport bucket black seats with leather trimmed surfaces, dual zone electric A/C, Performance handling package, power tilt and telescoping steering wheel, 6-way power passenger seat, memory package, performance axle ratio, and so much more! The C5 is competitive in regards to 0-60 mph acceleration times with almost all premium sports cars of its era, including the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage, and the Ferrari 355. A composite of published performance numbers for the base-model coupe and convertible gives a 0-60 mph time of around 4.5 seconds, and a standing quarter-mile time of around 13.3 seconds at 108 mph (both times for a vehicle equipped with the 6-speed manual transmission).
