Breathtaking 1962 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport Hardtop
New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive 1962 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport 2 Door Hardtop with Yellow exterior paint and a black vinyl interior.  You’ll find a roaring 409 cid V-8 engine under the hood paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, power steering, power brakes, a coilover suspension and a 3.36 Posi rear axle.  This highly desirable muscle car delivers fantastic performance as well with a great feel on the open road and plenty of muscle to get there in a hurry.  This one must be seen in person to truly appreciate.
True SS Model w/ 8,100 Miles on Rebuilt 409 V-8 Engine
The current owner of this 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS Hardtop acquired it back in 2016 as the third lifetime owner and he informs us that he was drawn to this particular example due to the excellent overall originality combined with gorgeous body lines.  A close inspection of this muscle car shows an immaculate factory interior and trunk compartment that’s been maintained at incredibly high levels, with only the most insignificant of imperfections to be found.  Likewise, the exterior body shows laser-straight lines with excellent chrome, trim work and glass.  The exterior paint does have a few small blemishes but otherwise, it’s a true sight to behold throughout.  Even the undercarriage is well beyond what you’d find in a typical example.
Additionally, this 1962 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport drives like a true muscle car with fantastic acceleration, capable handling and a great overall feel on the open road.  The current owner informs us that he does not have any documentation to suggest that the drivetrain is original to this classic, but it performs flawlessly and really has an incredible feel on the open road.  As a true factory SS model, any collector would be lucky to pack such an iconic and desirable classic in their garage.
