Chevrolet Nova 502 V8 1966

Allgemeine Beschreibung : 1966 Chevy II Nova Pro Street This is all you can handle in a new build! Less than 500 miles and fully street legal but ready to go on the track too! You probably already saw this coming but the majority of the description will be related to performance, so here goes! It is powered by a crate GM Performance 502ci engine, 870 Holley Double pumper carburetor with fuel pressure regulator, aluminum heads, B&M Turbo 350 trans, 2800 RPM hole-shot converter, B&M ratchet floor shifter with neutral lock out, HEIDITS front-clip with Mustang II suspension, Flaming River steering components, IDIT tilt steering column and a custom steering wheel. Stopping power comes from a 4-wheel power disc brake system. It has a back half ladder bar with adjustable coil overs, built in drive shaft loop and a titanium aluminum drive-line that is handmade. The car sits on a legendary Art Morrison frame with eight-point roll cage, two bucket seats and five-point harnesses. The body mostly all original except for the quarter panels and the front fenders that are correct and all steel. It has a gorgeous mirror and chameleon-type PPG Candy Plumb Metallic paint job done by the staff at Bobo’s Body Shop over the 6-inch cowl hood. It has a six-speed gear Vendor overdrive that can be operated as a manual for the track or automatic for cruising complete with front wheel line-lock to warm up the treads or just do a killer burn-out at your cruise-in! This really is a true dual purpose machine that runs and drives great. A narrowed Ford 9-inch rear-end with 411 Yukon gears with a heavy Posi-traction set-up throw the power to the pavement. 35 spline axles, long wheel studs, 22-gallon fuel cell and all Auto Meter gauges complete the package. Inside is a nice stereo system to crank up complete with Bluetooth and a USB port for just the right tunes while hitting the green light on time! The car has been broken-in but not run on the track with less than 500 miles. Estimating it in the 12’s or better. Priced well under what it would cost to recreate this brand “new” car at $54,900.00!
