Pontiac Firebird 350 V8 1975

Allgemeine Beschreibung : At RK Motors we like to pride ourselves on selling serious cars for serious collectors. With that in mind, we also understand how those words can feel a bit exclusionary. Afterall, the collector car hobby is a broad spectrum of cool that houses a diverse set of enthusiasts. Maybe you're one of those folks who's been lurking on the sidelines. Not quite ready to commit to an $80K trophy car but spending your weekends at local shows thinking 'Man, it'd be fun to drive around in that!' Well, that's why we're happy to offer awesome classics like this 21K-mile Firebird Formula. Restored as needed, and still largely original, this Pontiac is an excellent way to begin your journey into the collector car or muscle car lifestyle. And if you're already a member of our esteemed ranks, it's just a solid, honest cruiser that promises plenty of fast and memorable weekends!
SILVER STREAK
Sold new by Willis Motor Company of North Canton, Ohio, this slick Poncho wears correct Sterling Silver paint that, in addition to being well maintained, has been professionally refinished as needed. A big part of the car's fantastic appeal is its status as an authentic Firebird Formula. And, accordingly, there's plenty of visual sizzle! At the leading edge of this old school pony, a prominent Screaming Chicken badge splits a clean, 'PONTIAC' branded grille, which centers ornate parking lamps between stainless-trimmed headlamps and the second rendition of Pontiac's famed urethane bumper. At the top of that grille, a lightweight Formula Hood leads the eye to optional Soft Ray glass that's caged behind bright stainless and color-keyed sport mirrors. At the sides of that glass, fashionable marker lamps cage stylish rocker trim, traditional door handles and tasteful 'FORMULA ' 350' emblems. And at the back of those lamps, proud Firebird branding shades clean taillights and a second integrated bumper.
PONTIAC POWER
Befitting the Firebird's origins as Pontiac's more approachable pony car, this classy coupe draws motivation from the brand's proven but spirited Pontiac 350. At the top of that original block, a painted and decaled air cleaner feeds a big 4-barrel carburetor, which is wedded to a cast iron intake and clean stainless fluid lines. At the back of that plane, a hot HEI distributor sequences spark through AC Delco Premium Silicone 8mm cables. At the sides of that distributor, polished valve covers reflect correct, cast iron exhaust manifolds. Traditional V-belts spin a polished alternator above factory power steering. Cooling is provided by a shrouded radiator, which cycles water through pliable hoses and old school squeeze clamps. And, aesthetically, the car's satin engine bay is surprisingly clean for a mostly unrestored classic!
A SOLID FOUNDATION
Behind the car's storied powerplant, an original Turbo-Hydramatic 350 3-speed drives a standard 10-bolt axle. That versatile drivetrain rides a factory suspension that's augmented with dual sway bars. Factory power steering makes for easy turns. Competent stops are provided by power front disc and rear drum brakes. Between those binders, aftermarket exhaust centers an X-shaped crossover between polished tips, aftermarket converters and throaty turbo mufflers. And power meets the pavement through attractive Rally II Wheels, which spin 225/70R15 BF Goodrich Radial T/As around stainless trim rings and red arrowhead center caps.
MOSTLY ORIGINAL
Open the doors and you'll find a correct Black interior that appears 100% original to the car. At the center of that cockpit, factory bench and bucket seats are clean and crack-free. In front of those seats, a wood-trimmed dash hangs optional Rally Gauges above an optional Delco AM/FM radio. Below that dash, a long console frames a short shifter. The driver turns a Formula Steering Wheel. And the passengers stow essentials in a virtually untouched trunk.
Whether you're a diehard Pontiac fan, or a just new enthusiast looking for a great first collector car, this Formula is a great fit. Featuring timeless styling and authentic Pontiac power, this classic turns plenty of heads without breaking the bank. Call, click or visit http://www.RKMotors.com for more information!

Pontiac Bonneville (1957-2005):
