Chevrolet made a major overhaul to the Corvette brand when they unveiled the all new C3 corvette for the 1968 model year. The Mako Shark II design for the car was conceived by Larry Shinoda. The C3 corvette was produced all the way until 1982. For those 14 years Chevrolet would make many changes, many of which were suggestions from their customer base. Here we have a 1974 model. Walking around this Vette you can quickly ascertain that it has been very well maintained. The red paint looks very good and the black vinyl interior looks hardly used as it should with only 24k actual miles and the owner has documents showing gradual increases in mileage and easy to prove since it is a 1 owner car since new!!! Per the owner under the hood is the original numbers matching 350ci V8 mated to a close ratio 4-speed manual transmission with a posi-traction rear end. The car runs and drives out very well. Feels good and tight, chrome is bright, paint has good luster! The owner has many receipts and even the original build sheet for the car! The title is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now. This could perhaps be one of the nicest original Corvettes we have had in here.
