Allmän beskrivning : In 1992 the Ferrari 456 made its public debut. It came as a GT, a GTA, and later a 456M GT and 456M GTA. The M standing for the improved version, Modeficato in Italian. This is the last Ferrari to be fitted with pop-up headlights. Due to changes to pedestrian safety laws this feature is never likely to “pop-up” again in future models. Our car, a lovely 456M GT, was initially registered in Germany in 1999. The original Fahrzeugbrief forms part of the cars’ documentation file. Since 2013 the car has been in the Netherlands owned by one person. Maintenance has always been done by a Ferrari specialist or at a dealership as the completely up to date stamped service book shows. 3,000 km ago it has a major service during which the timing belt was replaced. The black paintwork has held up very well with only minor signs of use. The fully original cream leather interior has been well-preserved and exudes the correct amount of patina. Considering the fact that all service and maintenance is up to date, it is no wonder that the car behaves impeccably. The Tipo F116C 12-cylinder engine develops 442 Hp at 6,250 revs and 550 Nm of torque at 4,500 revs. All this power is transferred to the road via its fantastic manual 6-speed gearbox. It double the fun listening to the sumptuous Ferrari V12 note as well as feeling that typical Ferrari clicks when shifting gear. The car comes with a fully documented car wallet detailing every step of its 72,000 km journey. In short, this is nothing less than a fantastic Ferrari Grand Tourer, that will take you and yours to Switzerland or the South of France in all imaginable comfort.
