Lancia Delta Integrale Evo II (1994) – 40,000mls – fully refurbished 1994

Allmän beskrivning : Presented in June 1993, the Evoluzione II version of the Delta HF Integrale – as featured here – was equipped with an updated version of the two-litre 16-valve turbo engine to produce more power. It also received a cosmetic and functional facelift that included new 16-inch alloy wheels, body-coloured roof mouldings, an aluminium fuel cap, air-intake grilles on the front mudguards, a red-painted cylinder head, and high-back Recaro sport seats. With ABS, fog lamps and Recaro seats now standard on all markets, the sole optional extra was air conditioning. The interior upholstery was always trimmed in beige Alcantara with diagonal stitching on seat centres and door panels, however additional colour and trim combinations were made available through a number of limited editions.Monza Red paintwork, Beige Alcantara upholstery, Recaro front seats, 16-inch alloy wheels, 5-speed manual transmission, Air conditioning, Electric windows, PAS, ABS, Adjustable rear spoiler, Three-spoke leather Momo steering wheel, Final Edition quick shift kit, Final Edition Eibach lowering springs, Pioneer cassette radio, Digital clock, Central locking, Tailored HF carpet mats, Spare wheel with cover, Tool kit, Original sales brochure.The interior additionally boasts a new Momo steering wheel with the correct red stitching, plus an original Momo Corse wheel is included with the sale should the new keeper wish to re-fit.The tightly packed engine bay presents exceptionally well and is certainly the finest of any HF Integrale we’ve seen. Almost every component appears factory-fresh, having either been fully refurbished or replaced with new as part of the car’s comprehensive mechanical refurb a few years back. During this time the entire vehicle was completely stripped, including the engine bay and underside, before being meticulously reassembled back to as-new condition. Since arriving with us the car has been fully inspected, road tested, and freshly serviced for the new keeper’s peace of mind.Factory production of this Monza Red Evo II was completed in June 1994. The accompanying ‘Certificate of Origin’ from Lancia Classiche shows the car’s original market destination to have been Italy, where it was supplied new in July 1994. Just two months later the Integrale was exported to Japan where it resided for many years. In 2008 it was registered in the UK before being sold to a Lancia/Fiat specialist in Italy. The car was then lightly used in its very good original condition before restorative work commenced in 2011. This comprehensive mechanical and cosmetic overhaul was undertaken by the car’s owner at his Lancia/Fiat workshop outside Monza, Italy, over the period of about four years. In its original state the Integrale was already a very sound rust-free example, however, with the goal of achieving perfection, we understand that around 2,000 hours of labour were ultimately dedicated to the car’s meticulous refurbishment.
