In 1996 Lotus released a big surprise in the form of a self-developed 3.5 Liter aluminum V8 featuring twin Garrett Turbochargers. Tests in the day achieved performance numbers on par with the best contemporary exotics and a top speed of over 175 MPH. This particular example is a clean stock example in beautiful red over tan leather. It rides on the handsome set of 6 spoke alloy wheels. The seating position is all business, the exhaust note is sophisticated, and the acceleration will excite even the most seasoned driver.
