ABOUT THIS CLASSICThis Backdated 1990 Porsche 964-911 ST Look in one of the most comprehensive builds we were ever able to offer. To say this is not your average backdate is the understatement of the year. The builders have pushed the envelope to produce a car that is not only great to look at but also has the bite to back up the bark. Over a 125000, - Euro of invoices is accompanying this build file. Not spoken of the countless hours spend. Even when the base car was a 964/911 the choice was made to put in a fully revised and slightly modified 993 engine. This 3.6 Flat six M64/21 with Bosh Motronic injection puts out about 285 HP and is coupled to a manual 6 speed gearbox also from a late 993 to harness all that power. The Bilstein undercarriage and bigger powered disc brakes with ABS make sure the handling is on point. Also a Sper differential was mounted. The body widening was done in steel. The car was repainted in “slate grey” and all trim was replaced with chrome of an earlier F model. To complete the pretty exterior picture the lighting units were replaced to 2.3 ST look. Also, the interior got a lot of attention and is modified to have period look. Modifications: Lightweight interior door panels, black lightweight ceiling, lightweight sport seats in a black leather/houndstooth cloth combination, black 3 point seat belts, Momo prototipo steering wheel, blaupunkt Lausanne radio unit etc. etc..
