Chevrolet Impala LS V8 1964

General description : For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1964 Chevrolet Impala coupe. This 1964 Impala for sale is laser straight and looks like it was just dipped in black paint. The paint job on this car is something I could go on and on and on about. Deep and clear this paint will reflect your reflection back so clearly that you will be able to check your hair or makeup depending on your preference (trying to stay politically correct here but it isn’t easy for me) Add to this incredible paint job bright shinny chrome and red leather interior and you get the picture, classic later sixties early seventies look but wait, this car sets low and lean with staggered billet specialties rims that are surrounded by 255-45R-20’s in the rear and 235-40R-18 in the front. Looking under the hood had me puzzled for a minute, I kept looking for the 327 small block Chevy that I was sure should be there. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that it had been replaced with a LS-3 that had a set of Headman® headers strapped to the sides of it. Backing this marvel of modern technology is a 4L60E, a 4 speed automatic transmission that gives you the jump from the start to the low RPM’s you need on the highway for fuel savings and engine durability. A Moser ® rear axle houses the rear gear set. Everywhere I looked I noticed upgrades like a Hydratech® Brake booster and a cold air intake to name a few. Ok, this is not a late sixties build this is a current resto mod and man it was done right. One look as you walk up to this low, dripping wet black paint Impala and you will notice the drilled and slotted rotors that have a set of Baer calipers to squeeze the pads to give you the whoa, that you need with all the go under the hood. On the inside of this ’64 Impala for sale you will notice the red leather interior looks new and has black accents, the dash is digital to make sure you are provided the proper information at a glance. So, if you happen to be looking for a super straight beautify painted black 1964 Impala with a drive train that will make the hair on your arms stand at attention and provide you with all the durability and longevity for a modern drive train, then, well, what are you waiting for? Options for this 1964 Impala include, AM/FM radio with CD player, Power steering and brakes, Tilt steering wheel, Ride control, Anti theft system, Leather interior, and Aluminum alloy rim. About Chevrolet
Chevrolet aka Chevy, founded in 1911 by Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant is the best selling and biggest brand by General Motors -mainly due to low pricing.

No wonder Chevy the "working man's car" has become such an iconic part of Americana in films and pop-culture.

When talking about Chevy one must not ignore Chevrolet small-block V8 the world's most produced engine that has been in production since 1955 and still going strong.

Surprisingly, "America's only sports car" Corvette was introduced under Chevrolet brand rather than its own. To us the most memorable Corvette has to be The second generation (C2) Corvette, Sting Ray.

To compete with VW Beatle Chevrolet introduced Corvair a compact automobile built in 1960–1969 It was the only American designed, mass-produced passenger car to feature a rear-mounted air-cooled engine. Corvair handling was deemed notoriously bad mainly due to Ralph Nader's Unsafe at Any Speed. Although, any handling issues were soon solved the reputation did stick.

With Pony / Muscle car mania taking over the Americans, following the introduction of Ford Mustang, Chevrolet came up with one of its most famous models Camaro. During the first year alone they managed to sell 220,906 Camaros.
