This all-Fiberglass Replica is a Turquoise Body and Removeable hardtop with chrome front & rear bumpers that are in good shape. The front and rear guards are good as well. The grill, turn signal lights, tail light trim, back up lights are all good. There is dual chrome outside mirrors, chrome door handles, all the glass, felt and rubber, emblems, window and door trim are all good. The hood scoop vent is good. The black wiper arms are good. White wall tires with wire hub caps. This car has eye appeal. Nice!
The interior is two-tone Black with white inserts that are good. The Black and white door panels with woodgrain inserts are good. Black padded dash is good. White headliner with black carpet and newer black carpeted floor mats with Thunderbird stitching and blue edging. Tilt column, Shay dash cluster is woodgrain with speedometer-Tach-Fuel-Clock that all looks good. Grant woodgrain steering column and Teal aftermarket console with 2 drink holders. Woodgrain lower dash face with A/C vents, headlight knob, AM/FM/CD radio, Bosch gauge cluster is black with Oil-Temp-Volts. White vinyl kick panels with speakers. Rearview mirror, 4-speed shifter with black cover. Black roll up window cranks. Looks Good!
Ford Pinto 4-cylinder hooked to a 4-speed transmission. Blue valve covers with aluminum fins that are polished. Chrome Edelbrock Holley carb. Chrome alternator with chrome coil. Power brakes, chrome master cylinder cover. Rack & Pinion steering. Runs and handles good.

About Ford
Ford, founded in 1902, has arguably changed the history of automotive world more than any other car manufacturer by introducing the first people's car Model T in 1908. After the war Ford cars in the USA got bigger and flashier along with their competitors. In the 60's Ford was back in the forefront again when introducing their commercial hit Mustang in 1964. Mustang was so popular the competition had to follow Ford's example and the ponycar phenomenon took over the US. Over the years the ponies grew some muscles until the oil crisis kill finally killed them off.
In the sixties Ford rushed into international motor sports scene with a fury. After unsuccessful Ferrari takeover, when Enzo Ferrari had cut the deal off with Henry Ford II making the latter absolutely boil with fury, Ford turned to Lola in UK to produce a Ferrari beating long distance racer after. The collaboration between Ford and Lola created the mighty Ford GT40 that absolutely beat Ferrari in Le Mans 24 numerous times.
In Europe, Ford introduced some of the most epic race and rally cars of the 60's based on humble family sedans; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam, and Escort 1600RS with the iconic Cosworth BDA engines.
