Chevrolet Camaro Rs Pro Touring 1969

General description : This highly modified Camaro was built with performance in mind. The build resembles more of an SCCA road race car with it's look and options. Powered by a killer sounding 355ci small block Chevy that has been o'ringed for nitrous. Currently set up with a 150hp. plate system. This is a pump gas friendly 10:1 engine with Dart aluminum cylinder heads, Ross racing pistons, Eagle rods, Comp Cams roller camshaft, Edelbrock performer intake and fed by a BG 775 auto cross carburetor. The MSD ignition fires the fuel charge and the exhaust is routed through a set of Hooker long tube headers and Pypes 3" stainless exhaust system. The transmission is a TCI 350 with a custom built torque converter connected to a Ford 8.5" housing with 3.73 Eaton posi unit, Moser axles and cover. The front suspension has been lowered 3.5" with AFX spindles, APC tubular control arms, Speed Tech lowers, Hotchkis springs connected to a quick ratio steering box. The rear suspension consists of DSE progressive lowering springs, aluminum bushings, Global West shackles and Competition Engineering "Slide-A-Link bars. To stop all this is a set of Corvette Z06 calipers and Baer Racing 13" rotors. This all rolls on a set of Michelin Pilots mounted on IForged 18" wheels. The interior has a set of leather racing seats complete with a 5 point safety harness, matching leather rear seat, 4 point roll cage, Alpine stereo system with amp and Rockford speakers, Momo steering wheel and Auto Meter gauges. The Rally Sport optioned body has a set of DSE electric headlamp doors, Endura bumper, Marquez Design billet tail/turn signals, L88 style hood with all stainless hardware, one-piece filled and smoothed front valance, 69 Trans Am rear spoiler, tinted glass, 71 Camaro side mirrors, carbon fiber fender struts and a beautiful four color paint job. This car is an absolute thrill to drive at a fraction of build cost.
