Description : Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1966 Plymouth Satellite 2-door Hardtop! Plymouth unveiled the Satellite in 1965 as the top trim level for their Belvedere line. As the muscle car was ramped up into full swing the Satellite certainly had its day. She saw production for 3 generations up until 1974 when the Fury took over the platform. This model is a '66 2-door Hardtop originally made out of St. Louis. The custom Purple Pearl paint with ghost flames looks sharp. The chrome is nice and bright and the Crager wheels wrapped with Michelin tires completes the stance! Inside you will find slick ornate black vinyl seats that are in good shape. Run your hands around that old steering wheel and along the dash and it evokes a nostalgia you can't replicate. If that doesn't do it for you, turning the key will. The original 318ci V8 is long gone and a 440ci V8 now resides under the hood. Power is ran down through an automatic transmission with the shifter located on the center console. To slow her down she is rocking 4-wheel disc brakes. Current owner acquired the car from a late family member who had it for a long time. Title is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now. Options on this Satellite include: Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior, AM Radio, Seatbelts, and Radial Tires.
