Allmän beskrivning : This big Healey is a classic example of the true British sports car. Built in September 1956 in Longbridge, England and finished in ivory white and black, this classic was manufactured to North American specifications and is used regularly. It comes with three black tops, folding, tonneau and a very rare factory hard top. It is optioned with overdrive, wire wheels, heater, dip headlights and turn flashing lights. The car also has the original owners handbook. It comes with a certified copy of a factory record from the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust with matching numbers. Present owner has owned this vehicle for 25 years and done extensive work.

Austin-Healey var en brittisk sportbil gör skapats som ett joint venture mellan Austin uppdelningen av British Motor Corporation (BMC) och Donald Healey Motor Company.

Första Healey modell, Healey 100, baserades på Austin A90 Atlantic mekanik och utvecklats av Donald Healey att bygga i egen regi. De avslutade en enda Healey Hundred för 1952 London Motor Show. Leonard Lord, VD för Austin blev så imponerad av den design som en affär vederbörligen slog med Healey och bilen bytte namn till Austin-Healey 100 natten. Austin Healey föddes. 100 härleds i 100-sex, och annorlunda 3000 versioner innan de avslutar produktionen 1968 som den grundläggande designen hade äntligen blivit föråldrade.
