Description : Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present 1992 Cadillac Allante Convertible/Hardtop! The Allante was Cadillac's first venture into the ultra-luxury roadster market. The car would use Cadillac's chassis and powertrain, but the body was built in Italy by renowned coachbuilder Pininfarina. The end goal was to use European design to create a 2-passenger roadster to compete with Mercedes and Jaguar. The Allante was sold from 1987 until 1993, with roughly 21,000 models built over its 7-year production run. Here we have a '92 Model and one with both tops so you have the option for a hardtop or convertible! The champagne paint is in good order along with the tops and matching leather interior. Much as it should be expected with only having 26k actual original miles! Under the hood is a 4.5L V8 mated to a 4-speed with electronic overdrive transmission.
