The Cadillac Eldorado has been the pinnacle of American Luxury since the early 1950's. The model went through many changes over the years, from fins to no fins, carburetion to injection, and countless additions of luxurious features. This particular 1980 model has some very desirable features. The crown jewel of this Eldo is the 6.0 Liter Electronic Fuel Injected V8. Of the generation, this is by far the most desirable engine. With a lighter weight body than the previous generation and a large V8, this Eldorado perform quite well for its time. Considering Corvettes and Trans Ams of the time were suffocated by tightening emissions restrictions, the Cadillac with its 9 second 0-60 time was not too shabby. Of course style was not neglected on a flagship model like this one. The car sports a triple white color combination with white exterior paint, white vinyl top, and white pillow top leather upholstery. A very unique feature you'll only find on an Eldorado of this vintage is the stainless steel roof. This subtle material change for the rooftop panel adds a nice bit of style that will differentiate the car from a crowd. This particular example shows only 68,199 miles on the odometer and has clearly been well kept its entire life. The paint shines, the stainless is in great shape, and the interior is free of tears or wear. This car has been used as a show car in the past with plenty of awards to show for it.
