Chevrolet Apache 350 V8 1959

Allmän beskrivning : 1959 Chevrolet Apache 4x4 Pickup Following up the Chevrolet Task Force series pickups was the Advance Design series which spanned from 1955 to 1959.  During this series the wrap around windshield was introduced as well as the Fleetside bed design.  As of 1958 all of the light weight pickups also started being called the Apache.  This very cool 1959 Chevrolet Apache is a well built truck that has been transformed into a tall standing 4x4.  The body of the pickup is all rust free and painted in a bright Dodge Blue paint.  It features nice chrome bumpers, a chrome grill, the Chevrolet Apache hood spears, the original style front emblem, and a custom diamond plate trim piece on top of the bed.  That piece of diamond plate matches the diamond plate floor of the bed which is topped with a nice rubber mat for extra protection.  In 2019 a new spare tire and rack was added into the bed as well.  All of the glass is in good shape and it has all new weather stripping so everything seals well.  The truck rides on Raceline Mag wheels with lock out hubs up front and are wrapped with Cooper Discoverer STT tires.  Making those tires spin is a 350 V8 that has been fitted with a fuel injected throttle body.  The motor runs well and offers plenty of power.  It just had a new alternator installed as well as a new electronic ignition system that was installed in 2019.  It also received a new Painless Wiring harness in 2019 which eliminates any concern for electrical issues.  Mated to the motor is a 700R4 automatic transmission that moves through the gears with ease.  The truck sits on a 87 Chevrolet Blazer chassis with a 6 inch lift kit and has Skyjacker shocks throughout which are new.  Other features include the power drum brakes and a new steering stabilizer shock.  It's going to be tough to sneak up on anyone in this classic because not only does it have a prominent stance it has a great sound through dual chrome stack exhaust running behind the cab.    On the inside the truck features Gray dual bucket seats out of a later model Suburban which are power adjustable.  They also have the center console with storage, cupholders and a change holder.  The dash is painted Blue and has the original layout but has been upgraded with an all in one gauge cluster.  In 2020 a brand new AC/Heat/Defrost system was installed and works great with an underdash vent unit.  In front of the driver is an aftermarket tilt column which is topped off with a woodgrain Grant steering wheel.  This is one cool Pickup that has a ton of work put into it.  In addition to this awesome machine it comes with an extra grill, extra tailgate, and the original style left rear fender which has the cutout for a side mounted spare.  Cruise around in this custom 4x4 for $39,750.00!
