Chevrolet Bel Air 230 CID 1965

Allmän beskrivning : For sale at our Saint Louis Showroom is this 1965 Chevrolet Bel Air. In this year, the full size Chevrolet was totally restyled, and the cars were stretched to 213.3 in overall, but the wheelbase remained the same length. The new stamped grille had a lower extension below the bumper which was slightly veed. A curved window glass and round taillights mounted high were the distingusihing marks of the new styling. The interiors were also redesigned, which resulted in a very attractive dash. Powering this Bel Air is a 230 Inline 6 cylinder. In 1965, the standard V8 283 made 195 hp, but options included two new 396 cubic inche CID engines of 325 and 340 hp and two 409 CID blocks of 400 and 425 hp. This year's Bel Air also utilized a stainless-steel belt and rocker molding with an identifying signature on the rear fenders, a glove compartment light, and power tailgate on 9-passenger wagons to distinguish itself from the lower-priced Biscayne series. This 1965 Chevrolet Bel Air is a very nice find for someone looking to collect at the entry level, reconnect with a the car of their youth, or looking for a classic daily driver. The solid body of this Bel Air is original and the owner is attesting that the odometer numbers is the actual mileage. The interior leather is tight and shows very little wear. The light color of the leather only adds to its clean look and classic feel.
