The '57 Chevy Bel Air has been at the pinnacle of the collector car market for generations and can be safely predicted to remain so for the near future. It has had a frame-off restoration and has been refinished in its venetian red and is fitted with a new correct power convertible top. The sheet metal is in excellent shape and has clean straight lines and the doors, hood and trunk have excellent gaps. It is an excellent driving car that shows the pride of ownership by previous owners and that heritage will move on to the next owner, confident in the knowledge this well assembled and road worthy car will bring years of satisfaction. Forget the over-restored cars that sparkle like costume jewelry, this car is highly authentic-looking with crisp details and hasn't been over-dressed in add-ons like fender skirts and a continental kit. The interior has been completely refinished in the venetian red with a silver accents. All the gauges are correct for the car, with the add-on of an AM/FM/Cassette Radio which fits in nicely. Roll down the power windows and put down the power convertible top and you are ready to cruise to your next cruise in or car show.

Raise the hood of the Bel Air and you see the rebuilt, correct 283ci V8 with the 4-barrel carburetor. The engine bay has also been refinished and restored and is nearly show quality. Slide into the driver's seat and turn the key and she fires up nicely. The 283 is matched with the correct Powerglide transmission and when you are driving down the road it shifts smoothly.

This Chevy has been built in a very professional manner from top to bottom. It performs great in every manner and is a pleasure to drive. The condition of both the body and undercarriage is excellent and show the quality of the restoration. The '57 Bel Air Convertible is one of the most iconic cars and this stunning example is a fantastic testament to that.
