Fortunately for Corvette enthusiasts, Chevrolet was up for the challenge and with the introduction of the C3 body style in 1968, they began another exciting chapter in the history of the Corvette. By 1970, Chevrolet was now offering the 454 as an optional engine in the Corvette, with the LS5 being factory rated at 390hp.
This Donnybrook Green 1970 Corvette LS5 454/390hp came well optioned from the factory. It’s factory equipped with power steering, power brakes, AM/FM radio, Posi traction, 3.70 rear gear ratio, rear window defroster, and tilt/telescopic steering wheel. It still retains its numbers matching LS5 454/390hp engine backed Muncie M21 4 speed transmission which makes this car a fantastic piece for both performance and drivability. Repainted in its factory original Donnybrook Green complemented by a Black Interior, this Corvette is a stunning color combination.
