If asked to find the best all-around mid-year driver that offered dependability, performance, and fun, you would be hard pressed to find a more fitting candidate than the 1967 L79. Powered by numbers matching, high performance 327 CI engine block factory rated at 350 hp and mated to a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. The engine has the traditional ribbed aluminum valve covers, chrome heat shields for the spark plugs, and wire protection along with the standard ignition cover. Four-wheel disc brakes supply the stopping power and making the car more driver friendly. The interior remains stock including black bucket seats and console. The car rolls on a set of factory original knock off wheels carrying Goodyear radials in 205/75R 15. The hideaway headlights further enhance the appearance of this Iconic Chevrolet. The last year of what many consider to be the most collectible of the Mid-Year Corvettes.
