Allmän beskrivning : This 1987 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The C4 or the 4th generation Corvette came out in 1984 and was a ground breaking design. It focused primarily on handling and comfort which was a direct result of the European market making its way in to the American mainstay. This 87 is a far cry from a "stock" Corvette. Really the only thing that wasn't touched was the frame. Start with the body itself, a custom greenwood kit was added with the doors appearing as if they are from a Testorosa of that year. The front has a lower valence added giving it a much lower appearance with the side skirts tying everything together. Tilt the iconic Corvette hood forward and the custom built stroker motor with its painted intake letting everyone know exactly what they are looking at. The 383 cubic inches sounds strong and feels even stronger, with its fuel delivery system upgraded as well including injectors and rail. The stance has been cleaned up and not only sits a little lower but also handles like it's on rails. The brakes have been completely redone as well with aftermarket calipers on all four corners. Keeping you rolling down the road in classic style is a set of custom true knock off wire wheels adding a true classic touch. The interior has been well taken care of with everything working as it should but naturally he could not leave well enough alone. A custom wood kit was installed giving the interior a much classier feel with an aftermarket radio installed so you can hear your tunes when that high HP motor is doing its thing. Speaking of the high HP motor a custom hidden radar detector was installed giving you complete 360 degree protection. With all of the modifications done to this beauty it has all of the receipts to go with it. It is truly a one of a kind car that runs like no other C4 I have ever been in.
