A real-deal 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS coupe in pristine white is already a desirable classic. But then when you mix the period-correct V8 with performance components, give you the control of a four-speed manual, and the comfort of modern A/C, well then, this one turns into a full wish-list hardtop.
Impala coupes are highly collectable because the wide chrome grille up front and the broad six taillight arrangement are both icons of the 60s. And because these were the top trim of the era, it not only received wraparound chrome bumpers, but also the Impalas had the great full-length trim for added flair. And while this is a period-correct 327 cubic-inch block, it has been enhanced with a full Edelbrock package that includes the valve covers, air topper, four-barrel carburetor, and intake. It adds plenty more power to the V8 and an extra growl to the dual exhaust. And you are in complete control of it all thanks to the four-speed manual transmission and Hurst permanence shifter. But more than just powerful, this is a great cruiser thanks to power steering, front disc brakes, and the grip of modern ZR rated tires. There's even a Champion aluminum radiator so that this Impala stays cool even if you're sitting in traffic with the A/C pumping.
