Chevrolet decided to revamp their aging Master Series and the AK series was born. The AK Series would see production from 1941-1947 but with the shutdown of manufacturing in the US during the war the AK series would only see civilian production for a little over 3 years of that range. Here we have a 1946 model and a Delivery Panel Truck. The two-tone tan and brown paint along with the lines of this Chevy really takes you back. The brown vinyl interior looks good. The wood paneling on the floor looks in good order as well. Under the hood is a Inline 6-cylinder engine mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. Current owner has recently replaced the water pump, re-cored the original radiator, radiator hoses, points & plugs, fuel pump, carb., wheel cylinders, rebuilt generator, voltage regulator, and wheel seals. It is titled as a 1946 Chevrolet C1C. Options on this Delivery Panel are: Vinyl Interior and Hub Caps.
