Breathtaking 1956 Ford Thunderbird Convertible
New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive 1956 Ford Thunderbird 2 Door Convertible with light yellow exterior paint, a matching hardtop with the iconic portal window, a soft top and a very nice brown/tan leather interior.  You’ll find a 312 cid V-8 engine under the hood that’s paired to an automatic transmission and this classic offers very nice performance on the open road.  This impressive example is also optioned with power steering, power brakes, power windows, power seats, Vintage Air, side skirts and the Continental Kit for the rear spare tire.
Very Highly Optioned w/ Tremendous Performance
The current owner of this 1956 Ford Thunderbird Roadster has enjoyed it since 2007 and he informs us that it originally sold new in Santa Fe Springs, California.  He was drawn to this highly original example due to the overall condition and opted to add Vintage A/C, which currently needs a recharge to work properly.  Additionally, we are unsure if the drivetrain is original to this example but the engine bay does look period correct and delivers smooth, reliable performance.  The current owner does not know if the engine has ever been rebuilt.
Additionally, this 1956 Ford Thunderbird Convertible has really great curb appeal with smooth body lines and high-quality exterior paint, chrome & trim with only minimal blemish.  The iconic hardtop with porthole windows is also in excellent overall shape and seals properly, and the included soft top is also in very nice condition.  Meanwhile, the interior of this ’56 T-Bird comes close to new in appearance with only the slightest of imperfections.  The factory dash and instrument clusters all work appropriately as well and bring this example to another level.
An Excellent Value at the Current Asking Price
