This 1949 Mercury coupe is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. This mercury classic Hotrod from its red -hot flame job to its exhaust pipes coming out the side. It is what many would think of when asked what a Hotrod is. Under the hood a rather peppy 302 backed by a c4 transmission gets this led sled down the road. The baby moons look great on there and the classic V/8 Ford emblem really step it UP. Inside the car a good looking red and white look great against that flame job and the ed steering wheel tie it all together. Tilt the red thing down and cruise in comfort. Which is what this lowrider Hotrod was designed to do. Put the windows up and turn the AC on just to keep you cool. With the top chopped down it really gives the car a great look while staying with the great hotrod look. This is no easy task and done by bracing the interior of the car and taking 2 3 4 inches out of the middle and welding the pieces back together. This one was done and done right. The chrome on the car really makes it stand out especially that huge front bumper with the grille built into it. A classic 50’;s styling cue.
