This car is currently one of my favorite cars that we have offered for sale. It spent a long period of its life in a museum in Pennsylvania, and has recently been re-commissioned. Runs and drives fantastic, with a really nice body and great gaps and lines. The engine bay is very clean and extremely original, but I think my favorite thing about the car is the fact that the interior is completely original, fitted with leather, and having a nice patina on the driver’s seat and the passenger’s seat looking virtually new. This car obviously spent most of its life inside and was extremely well preserved. Unusual to find an early MGB with its original caps, and I personally think the understated appearance is quite stunning. 1967 was the last year for the metal dash finished in wrinkle paint, and also equipped with the 5 main bearing engine. These cars were, and are, very stout, and are a pure joy to drive. If you are a tall person, this is one of the only British cars that you will actually fit in. I am 5’ 10” and with the seat all the way back I cannot even reach the pedals. The car has just had its proper banjo steering wheel and new horn center put in, as well as a service, fluid change, and brake service. If you are looking for a pure MGB of the proper year, this is the one for you! It should be noted that since these pictures were taken, the original 1967 Banjo steering wheel has been installed, and the aftermarket stereo removed with the original MGB blanking plate installed (see the last 2 photos).
