Description : Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1969 AMC AMX. The AMX is a two-seat GT-style sports car that was produced by American Motors Corporation from 1968 to 1970. The AMX was also classified as a muscle car but differed from other American cars at the time because of its short wheelbase. The name AMX is an acronym for American Motors eXperimental, which was a code assigned to concept vehicles in the mid-sixties. With a short three-year production run the AMX is one of the more exotic and rare muscle cars. This one makes quite the statement with its gunmetal shade of gray paint covering the cool and vintage bodylines. Under the hood of this beautiful car is a 390 V8 that produces a loud rumble that will turn heads every time the pedal hits the floor. The transmission is a 4 speed manual which really makes it thrilling to drive. If you want a wild and powerful muscle car with unforgettable looks and plenty of ponies under the hood this is the one you want to own. Options include spare tire, power steering, seat belts, vinyl interior and rally wheels wrapped in radial tires. Call today before it is too late 407-771-2000.
