The next amazing vehicle up for grabs in our Benicia showroom is this 1969 Buick Gran Sport GS 350 California Edition 2 Door coupe with gorgeous light blue exterior paint and a matching blue interior.  You’ll find a fresh air GS 350 cid V-8 engine under the hood with a Turbo 350 automatic transmission, plus it is very nicely equipped with Buick Magnum 500 wheels and countless new parts accessories.  This great looking classic is in excellent condition as well and it performs like a dream.  The current owner believes that the 42,946 miles showing on the odometer is original lifetime miles.
Believed to Have a Mere 43,000 Original Factory Miles
The current owner of this 1969 Buick Gran Sport coupe informs us that he is the third to own it across its lifetime.  He purchased it in 2016 and almost immediately had this one repainted in the factory color, plus purchased new brakes, new tires, a new master cylinder, a new vinyl top and a new vacuum booster.  All work was completed at a very high level and this beauty is well above typical driver quality with laser straight body lines and very nice paint.  There are a few minor blemishes to be found but for what is believed to be a completely original factory muscle car, there’s very little to complain about.  The current owner informs us that the drivetrain, the entire interior, the trim work, the suspension, and more at completely factory original.
So how is this prestigious survivor with ultra-low original miles available at such a steal of a price?  From what we can see, the original owner got into an accident in the early 1970’s and the insurance company wrote this one off as a total loss.  the 2nd owner discovered it and had it completely restored back to factory perfection.  The third owner then purchased it last year and completed the aforementioned work to bring it to the condition that you see today.  This beautiful classic does have a salvaged title due to the accident in the 70’s, but you’d never know it after inspecting this one in person.  The workmanship is exceptional.
