Chevrolet Camaro 396 V8 1970

General description : SWEET BIG BLOCK 2ND GEN, 454 V8, AUTO, PS, PB W/DISC, FACTORY AC, HOTCHKIS, NICE

This mean 1970 Camaro definitely has the right aggressive look. And it's more than just skin deep, too, with a performance big block under the hood, a classic black bucket seat interior, and a ton of personality to be the Camaro you've always dreamed of owning.
Blue is a fine factory color for 1970, but it just would not do this mean machine justice. That's why it has been given a professional respray to the color reserved for the best Camaros – Hugger Orange. But you love this one for more than just iconic paintwork. The dual black stripe package is cleared in with the orange, and they help accent both the upgraded cowl induction hood and the spoiler that runs end-to-end over the rear. This classic aggressive appearance is continued with the Z/28 rally wheels, deep chin spoiler up front, dual split RS bumpers that make way for the large blacked-out grille. So this is true intimidation for the streets – exactly what you want from a classic Camaro.
The black accents of the exterior are also a nice preview of the interior. Camaro fans will take particular notice of the bucket seats. 1970 was the first year of the second-generation Camaros, and these low-back bucket seats with intricate weave pattern were only offered this year. You also get the factory center console with the iconic horseshoe shifter in the middle. This is a nice place to spend some time with the upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo and provisions for air conditioning. And like any proper Camaro, this is a true driver's machine. You'll slip behind the sporty NK4 steering wheel, and it gives you an easy view of the full readouts, including large speedo and tach.
The engine bay is filled with serious big block power. This 454 cubic-inch V8 has the right go-fast upgrades, such as a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer intake, and MSD ignition. There's even an aluminum radiator to keep it all running cool. This has ferocious power, and the growl of the glasspack-style dual exhaust lets everyone know it with its rumble. Plus, Hotchkis subframe connectors add the rigidity to the package. While this is a mean machine, it also knows how to hit the boulevard. The three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and front disc brakes make this big block an easy cruiser, too.
When you look at the color combo, the interior comfort, and all-out power, you know this is an amazing classic Camaro. So don't let this opportunity slip away, call today!
