General description : Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this beautiful 1961 Chevrolet Corvair Monza. 1961 was the first year the new upscaled Monza trim package was available on these beautiful cars. The Monza package also contributed to more than half of the sales records for the Corvair in 1961. It is powered by the original 145 CID flat six engine, and running into an ATO 2-speed Power-Glide transmission. This Monza has a nice white paint with small clean chrome accents to catch the eyes of the drivers passing you. The bumpers, trim, glass, & emblems are in great condition. Putting the traction on the road are the Ansen Sprint wheels with Prime Well 185/65 R15 tires which are in like new condition. Moving to the very nice interior you’ll find red vinyl seats, door panels with a chrome accent to flow with the dash and original styled gauges, and a nicely stitched white headliner, & they all are in great condition.
