Chevrolet Corvette 6.2 LS3 1963

This experience can be delivered to your front door in the form of a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette LS3 Convertible. This Restomod will be a vehicle for the discernible buyer that likes the finest things in life. From the factory it started out fantastic and is now, thanks to a select few in the Corvette world, in a condition that blows fantastic out of the water yet giving true respect to the Corvette name.WHAT THIS CORVETTE IS TODAY...This rare classic underwent a complete teardown. It started with a Coffman C2 chassis and C6 suspension components with Viking coil overs. The body was widened to accommodate the Michelin Pilot Sport Tires mounted on Budnik Wheels. All of the old parts have been replaced and upgraded to all modern components. Some of the new are Detroit Multi-Speed Wipers, Detroit Speed Electric Headlight Doors and all new power steering. To power this special classic was going to take a special engine. The verdict came in with a Brian Tooley Hot Cam LS3 matched with a Tremec TKO600 5-speed manual transmission. We were told that it is 530hp and with one look under the hood, you will tend to agree. With all that power, stopping should not become an issue so another upgrade added to this build are Z06, 6-piston calipers and Carbotech pads. A big part of driving involves our senses. A big one is filled with a magnificent sound produced only by Thunder chambered side pipes. Ripping through the gears with that sound at both sides of you in stereo will be another checkmark on your list of must halves. A detailed list of components will be below. Inside this vehicle is something that your imagination has already dreamt-up and again will surpass your expectations. The formed Deep Navy-blue leather buckets match the Deep Navy-blue interior. More highlights inside are Vintage air, Dakota Digital gauges, upgraded stereo, tilt and telescoping column with a Budnik steering wheel and power windows. Like the entire car, the interior as a whole is put together in a way that comfort, convenience and functionality come together for a winning trifecta.
